The views were really pretty, I’ll give it that. But it felt kind of rushed the whole time, and there were way more people than I expected. I kept trying to enjoy the scenery, then suddenly we were moving along again, and then the crowds made it hard to really relax. It was still nice to see, just not as calm or enjoyable as I hoped

Visited Sky Garden and, uh, the location was really convenient. I got off at Monument and it was only a few minutes’ walk from there, so it was easy to find with no hassle. It’s a great spot if you’re already around central London too. Made the whole visit feel really straightforward, and I’d definitely go again

I went to Sky Garden last weekend the security screening was way smoother than I thought it would be. The queue moved quickly, and the staff were polite even while checking everyone’s bags. It made the place feel safe without coming across as overly strict or stressful. If it’s usually like this, I’d say they’ve got the entry process really well handled. Nice, fuss-free start to the visit.

I found a slot way quicker than I thought I would. Like, really quick, quicker than expected for sure. Super easy and a nice surprise

I ended up waiting around 30 minutes or so just to get in, which felt like way too much. The place seemed busy, but the wait really took away from the experience for me.

I don’t know exactly what it was, but I left feeling good about this place. The drinks were solid, and the staff seemed friendly enough. Nothing over the top, just one of those spots that kind of works...

I tried booking tickets for Sky Garden, the whole thing was a pain. From what I remember, booking popular spots can be a bit stressful, but this felt worse than it needed to be. Dates would show up, then suddenly there were no times available, and the page kept freezing on me. I ended up refreshing it over and over, and still couldn’t get the slot I wanted. It also wasn’t really clear what was actually available unless you clicked around for ages. For somewhere this popular, I expected the ticket system to be much smoother. In the end, I just gave up because it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

They got back to me really fast, and sorted out my booking issue without any fuss. Super straightforward — I appreciated it

Went to Sky Garden with a few friends for drinks, and the place itself is really nice. The view, the atmosphere... yeah, that part was great. But the drinks were kind of disappointing. My cocktail tasted a bit watered down and just not really mixed properly, which was annoying because for the price I expected a lot better. My friend’s drink was way too sweet too, and somehow still didn’t have much flavour. Staff were fine, nothing to complain about there, but the drinks just sort of ruined it for me. I’d maybe go back for the view, but probably not for cocktails

Managing the reservation online was simple. I did change my time once, and it went through fine, so I don’t really get the complaints about it being difficult. The only thing was the confirmation email took a little while to show up, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

The pictures came out nice, but there were just so many people in the way most of the time. I kept trying to get a clean shot and then someone would walk through, or stand right there, and... yeah. Still got a few I liked, but it was a bit frustrating

I only stayed for about 45 minutes, but it was a good experience. Compared to some other places I’ve been to, the vibe felt solid and everything seemed to run smoothly. Didn’t spend a ton of time there, but from what I saw, I’d say it was worth checking out.

Nice place to look at, but I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back

The views here are definitely a highlight and make the place worth checking out at least once. That said, the drinks felt a bit overpriced for what you get. I’ve been to a few similar spots with comparable views where the cocktails were either better made or a little more reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere overall, but I’d probably come back more for the scenery than the bar.

Visited Sky Garden last weekend and just had a really nice time overall. It was busy when we went, but the place still felt clean and well looked after. The floors, tables, and toilets were all kept in good condition. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that there was just a bit of litter around some of the window areas, though staff seemed to be clearing things up regularly. Nice visit and it felt tidy enough.

I booked a free slot for Sky Garden and it was easy, no drama there. The views are lovely, especially on a clear day, and for a moment I was like wow, this is actually really impressive. Then the security queue took longer than I thought it would, which was a bit annoying, and it was busy once inside. Staff were nice enough though, so that helped. Drinks are expensive, but I guess that’s not exactly a shock in a place like this. Overall, I’d say it’s a nice experience and worth doing once, even if I was slightly fed up at parts

We got a little turned around trying to find the entrance, but the staff were really helpful and pointed us in the right direction. They were friendly and got everything sorted for us quickly, which we really appreciated. There was a short wait for the lift, but nothing major. Overall, a good experience and we were grateful for the help.

Sky Garden was really nice, and the views? Definitely worth going for. Who doesn’t love a skyline view like that? It did get busy though, especially near the windows, so I had to wait a bit to get photos. Not the most peaceful spot, but still a good visit overall

I went on a grey, rainy afternoon and still had such a nice time. The view was a little misty, but somehow that made it feel even more peaceful, if that makes sense? The staff were really friendly too, and the whole place felt calm and easy to enjoy. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much because of the weather, but I definitely would go again.

We booked dinner here expecting a nice evening, but it ended up being frustrating. To be fair, the view is lovely, and I can understand restaurants get busy, but the service just wasn’t good. We waited a long time to be seated, the staff barely acknowledged us, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic courtesy and a warm meal when you’ve made a reservation. Nice setting, but I wouldn’t rush back.
